KO in Round one with my blue bike

Concrete was not created for Bamanama to land on after a bout with the blue bike. I blame the seat raised too high - absolutely nothing to do with my age or lack of decent exercise. And 9 yr. old and 7 yr. old grandchildren are not especially helpful, altho sympathetic, in seeing their nana laid out on the concrete. Handholding and asking over and over if nana is hurt seemed to be the extent of their helpfulness, altho they did go get a neighbor. AND, YES, IT REALLY DID HURT!! The bed, hot pad, and muscle relaxers are now my best friends.
